1. General Overview

At Nexscart.in, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. We offer Free Delivery on all orders across India. There are no minimum order value requirements to qualify for free shipping.

2. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable courier services such as local logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

3. Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.

  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and packed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your pincode/serviceability.

  • Metro Cities: Usually 2–4 business days.

  • Remote Areas: May take 7–10 business days.

  • Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, Nexscart.in is not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or logistical issues beyond our control.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We are happy to offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for the convenience of our customers.

  • Verification: Our delivery partner may call you to verify the order before dispatching COD orders.

  • Payment: Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as delivery personnel may not carry change.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order by visiting on Nexscart.in and entering your order ID.

7. Undeliverable Orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to one of the following reasons, the order will be returned to our warehouse:

  • Recipient not available.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Refusal to accept the order (for COD or prepaid).

  • No response to the delivery partner’s calls.

Once returned, prepaid orders will be refunded after deducting a restocking fee, or we can arrange for re-shipping at the customer’s expense.

8. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day return policy. You may initiate a return within 5 days of delivery.

  • Note: Return pick-up is subject to pincode serviceability.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected at our facility.
